Regent Coach Line’s fleet maintenance and quality program has helped maintain our motorcoaches for many years. Our program is operated by a certified diesel mechanic and is governed by the federal DOT rules and regulations.
Our drivers perform a “pre-trip” maintenance review to ensure full safety and of the motorcoach before departure.
Once the trip is complete the driver will perform a “post-trip” maintenance review. If the driver detects anything that may become a safety issue it will be directed to the Safety Manager and corrected before/after any trip.
Additionally, all Regent Coach Line buses receive a level 5 inspection annually by DOT – this also helps Regent Coach Line maintain the safety of all charter buses.
A part of ensuring the safety and comfort of our passengers is maintaining a clean and sanitary bus. Therefore, we have strict cleaning procedures in place. All buses are thoroughly cleaned, sanitized, and detailed after every trip. Our interior and exterior cleaning procedure includes everything from the seats, handrails, restroom, and floor to the tires, luggage bays, and windows. Our maintenance team is always on call to guarantee that all of our customers and passengers are met with a clean and sanitized bus on every trip.
